Today's WOD will be:

Skill
 Kettlebell Swings (RH/LH/DH)

METCON
EMOM - 5RHS, 5LHS, 5DHS
All DNC rounds incur 20sec planking penalty

Rest 2min

3 x 100m Farmer's walk for time

Strength
3x5 push press (double hand or single hand alternating)
